卡薩萊蒂西亞精品酒店 (Casa Leticia Boutique Hotel)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of the city. My partner and I experienced excellent service, mainly when an incident arose that required us to visit the hospital. The staff were exceptionally cooperative in providing an incident report, which was incredibly helpful for our insurance reimbursement process. While the hotel is somewhat older and the amenities could be upgraded, I still felt very comfortable during our stay. I would recommend this place.

Directly located infrint of thr public plaza, it is in the city center and the best location to stay when you want to explore Davao City.

Room was great. Breakfast is okay. The only problem was they are using an old key for their doors, and its a struggle to open and remove.

Simple yet comfortable place to stay..near the malls, shops and restos..

No wifi, leaking ceiling😞, the only good about this hotel are the people and their smiles. Will still recommend

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Casa Leticia, and I would like to share some constructive feedback based on my experience. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going the extra mile to accommodate any requests. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism and friendliness truly made me feel valued as a guest. On the other hand, I noticed that the hotel could benefit from some updates and modernization. While the rooms were clean and functional, the furniture and fixtures felt a bit dated, and some amenities could use improvements. For instance, the air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy, and the bathroom fittings appeared to be in need of refurbishment. Addressing these small inconveniences could greatly enhance the overall guest experience. The location of the hotel is convenient, and the cozy atmosphere is inviting, but I believe that investing in modernization would make Casa Leticia even more appealing to guests. Despite these areas for improvement, I genuinely appreciated my time there and would recommend it to those who value outstanding service and are comfortable with slightly older facilities. Would I stay again? Potentially, especially if I see some updates made in the future.
